Join Jannick Moth to develop physicality and awareness of the body through improvisation, dance, and guided movement.

ABOUT THE WORKSHOPS

For: people, actors, dancers, movement practitioners

This movement class will use improvisation as a tool for discovery. Through guided instruction, participants will move through different rhythms and textures to unlock new energies and movement patterns.The class develops physicality and awareness of the body in movement. Participants will move, research and dance, each person connecting to their own personal interpretation and flow.

ABOUT JANNICK

Jannick Moth is a dance artist based in London. He has worked with dance theatre companies across the UK and currently works with Stopgap Dance Company, performing internationally in their indoor and outdoor work. Jannick trained at the Trinity Laban Conservatoire for Music and Dance and trained as a Gaga teacher under the artistic direction of Ohad Naharin, Saar Harari and Bosmat Nossan. He teaches regularly for people and professional dancers.
