Executive Director

SCRUM is recruiting for an Executive Director.
The Executive Director will be a key leader in the charity's overall strategy, and responsible for its operational oversight, including financial sustainability, fundraising, governance, staff leadership, and partnerships.
Salary: £150 per day, with £150 per month accountability payment
Contract: Freelance, with plan to move all staff to PAYE as soon as financially possible
Hours: 4 days a week

General Manager

SCRUM is recruiting for a General Manager.
The General Manager will play an essential role in SCRUM Theatre’s journey, driving our daily operations while supporting our long-term growth.
Salary: £150 per day, with £112.50 per month accountability payment
Contract: Freelance, with plan to move all staff to PAYE as soon as financially possible
Hours: Preferably 5 days (40 hours) a week, minimum 3 days on site.
